Greetings!

It's been quite a month for NW Documentary, to say the least! Those of
you who joined us for the ELOQUENT NUDE premiere March 8 probably have
a sense of the extreme buzz that still reverberates through our small
(but clearly growing!) circle. Whether or not you were there in
person, I'd encourage you to visit Kat Nyberg's website for some
awesome pictures from the event. It's at
http://www.digitalrailroad.net/katnyberg/Default.aspx.

***************************************************************

I promised an update on a Rose City screening of ELOQUENT NUDE, and
here it is! Cinema 21 will be hosting a one-week theatrical release
of our doc about Edward Weston and Charis Wilson's inimitable legacy.
Here's the scoop:

DATES: March 30 - April 5, 7 pm nightly, 2 pm matinee Sat/Sun

PLACE: Cinema 21, Portland's premiere arthouse theater, 616 NW 21st Ave.

TICKETS: $8 general admission, $6 matinee (Discounts for
students/seniors; box office opens 30 min. before showtime)

PERKS: Director Ian McCluskey will be onsite for Q&A each evening,
plus you'll be able to purchase a limited--edition DVD of the film, if
you so please!

We hope to see you there!

***************************************************************

SAVE THE DATE: Friday, April 20, 7:30 pm, Mission Theater & Pub

NW Documentary's current Exploring Documentary Production students
will show their works on the Mission Theater & Pub's big screen. This
is such a fun night of documentary, food, and cheer--I hope you'll
join us.

ON TAP FOR ELOQUENT NUDE:

We?re certainly not finished sharing this incredible story. In fact,
we?re reaching out all over the country, and even internationally,
with this locally produced doc. Take a look at our upcoming
engagements:

* Full Frame Documentary Film Festival, Durham, North Carolina
* Photolucida Biennial Photography Conference, Portland
*  Santa Cruz Film Festival
* National Gallery of Australia (yes, that?s right, down under!)
* San Francisco Museum of Modern Art
*  Minneapolis Institute of Arts

Let me know if you have questions about anything we're doing. I'd love
to hear from you!
